If you want to hire from Bulgaria, we are the right partner for you. Just let us know what expertise you are looking for and we will provide you with a list of suitable candidates to choose from. Once you pick your new team member, who is happy with the work conditions, of course, we will sign the employee to work full-time for your company. Every contract has a six-month trial period, in which, if you decide that the developer is not suitable we can part ways without any compensation. Each month you will recieve an invoice which will cover the employee's salary, taxes, and benefits. For this, you will have an experienced professional who will work eight hours a day, five days a week (not including official holidays of course).
